The Faculty Development team organizes and coordinates workshops, seminars, speakers and other events to promote teaching excellence.

We also:

• Coordinate the Peer Collaboration Program (TRIADS),
• Conduct New Faculty Orientations,
• Organize the Distinguished Teaching Awards competition,
• Work with the Professional Development Committee of the MRFA,
• Provide teaching resources and ideas to faculty, and
• Offer teaching tips through the "Things that Work" series.
