Since becoming a university in 2009, Mount Royal University has been busy. We’ve added two baccalaureate degrees to our program offering, providing students with even more educational choices. We’ve embarked on a celebration of our first 100 years in higher education, with an outstanding roster of community-oriented initiatives. We’ve welcomed new academic and administrative leaders, including our president, David Docherty.
And amidst all this change, Mount Royal remains focused on what has always mattered: our students.
The following stories will give you a sense of the strong connections Mount Royal’s faculty forge with their students. They showcase distinctive aspects of our programs and our planning, and offer a glimpse of what keeps Mount Royal faculty and students busy each day: exceptional teaching, memorable learning and community value.
We invite you to read these stories and we welcome your feedback. Simply e-mail us at facetoface@mtroyal.ca.
