Changing the Face of Education

A centennial campaign for Mount Royal University.

Mount Royal University is changing the face of education. Our goal is to become Canada’s premier undergraduate university based on the success and satisfaction of our students. To reach this goal, we have embarked on the largest fundraising campaign in our 100-year history.

Our campaign goal is $250 million.

Our campaign focuses on three priorities:

1. Learning opportunities: $40 million in private funding for scholarships and bursaries for students.
2. Learning environment: $30 million in private funding to establish Centres of Excellence which will take student learning and faculty expertise to the next level.
3. Learning spaces: $55 million in private funding supported by $125 million in public funding for student research facilities in Science and Health, a new Conservatory and Concert Hall and a new Library and Learning Centre.

Mount Royal takes pride in our determination to change the face of education. We also know that, for this change to be successful, we need a vision and people who believe in our goals. To lead us in this venture, have assembled a team of visionaries comprised of Calgary's most accomplished corporate leaders who desire to make an impact on the lives of our students and the Calgary community as a whole.

Bold in vision, unafraid of hard work and open to the possibilities of tomorrow, we have made great strides toward this goal but to fully achieve it requires resources.
