Learn how to break the fatigue cycle at Mount Royal’s
Body of Knowledge

(CALGARY – Jan. 26, 2010) Can’t find time in your hectic schedule to eat right and get enough sleep? Do you always feel like you’re running on empty? Learn some easy tips on how to optimize your energy levels from integrative health expert, Woodson Merrell, MD, during a presentation at Mount Royal University on Jan. 28, 2010 at 7 p.m.

Merrell, the first of four speakers in Mount Royal’s Body of Knowledge Lecture Series, will be delivering a lecture entitled Listen to "The Source": A Blueprint for Living and Feeling Better.
This presentation, based on his most recent publication, The Source, will provide suggestions on battling fatigue and how this can improve overall well-being. The Source is the most comprehensive, authoritative, and cutting-edge health guide available on how to manage fatigue, power up your energy, your health, and your life.

Merrell, an expert in mind-body therapies, acupuncture, botanical therapies, nutrition and nutraceuticals, homeopathy, and indigenous healing systems, is chairman of the Department of Integrative Medicine at Beth Israel Medical Center, Manhattan campus of Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He is also an assistant clinical professor of medicine at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons.
