Video conferencing

The Academic Development Centre operates several meeting spaces equipped for both web conferencing and video conferencing to enrich teaching and learning within the University.  Video conferencing services are not available to external clients.

  • ADC Boardroom (EL2170) seats 18 and is equipped for both web conferencing and video conferencing.
  • Meeting room A (EL2360) seats 9 and is equipped for both web conferencing and video conferencing.
  • Meeting room B (EL2362) seats 9 in a flexible seating arrangement with no center table and is equipped for both web conferencing and video conferencing. Note: Meeting room B is not laptop-ready, due to the flexible seating arrangement. Please have presentation files on removable media (i.e., flash drive) or web accessible. 
  • Flexible Learning Lab (EL2462) seats 28 and is equipped for  video conferencing. CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE

When can you access the service 

Conference rooms for video/audio/web conferencing are available from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. Under certain circumstances we can accommodate video/audio/web conferencing requests outside of normal operating hours. Video/audio/web conferences must be booked and technical/connection information must be provided to the ADC a minimum of seven (7) business days prior to the day of the conference. Typically, a test call will be made within a week of the conference date.
