The Academic Development Centre operates two video conferencing suites to enrich teaching and learning within the University. Video conferencing services are not available to external clients.
Room Y324 is an open floor plan room that seats 36 people. Tables can be easily configured to your needs.
Room T115G is a small meeting room that seats 8 people. The room features a large screen display and is configured for both video and web (Skype) conferencing.
- Note: T115G is not laptop-ready. Please have presentation files on removable media (i.e., flash drive).
When can you access the service
Conference rooms for video/audio/web conferencing are available from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. Under certain circumstances we can accommodate video/audio/web conferencing requests outside of normal operating hours. Video/audio/web conferences must be booked and technical/connection information must be provided to the ADC a minimum of seven business days prior to the day of the conference. Typically, a test call will be made within a week of the conference date.
