Didn't get a permit?  Here are your parking options

 You can add your name to the wait list for a Winter 2012 Open Lot permit by going to the Parking & Transportation website and clicking on the "Online Services" button. When your name reaches the top of the wait list, you will be contacted by e-mail.

  • Day lots: You do not need a permit to park in Lot A or Lot B, which are designed for people who want to drive to campus some days and walk, cycle or take transit on others. Cost is $4 per day and tickets are sold through a dispenser.
  • Short Term Lot 2: You do not need a permit to park in Lot 2 which is designed for people who will only be on campus for short periods of time, or who want to drive to campus on some days and walk, cycle or take transit on others. Cost is $3 per hour or $10 per day. 
  • East Gate Parkade: Short term parking is available in the East Gate Parkade.  Cost is $3 per hour to a maximum of $12 per day and a Pay on Foot system is in place.
  • All full-time students (nine or more credits per semester) are automatically enrolled in the U-Pass program, which gives you access to a discounted bus pass.
    The U-Pass web page includes an interactive map of transit routes to Mount Royal.
  • C-Choices is a commuting options program focusing on less expensive and more environmentally friendly ways of commuting.
