Permits

Parking permits for the Open Lots and Gated Lots are sold out for the Winter 2012 semester.

Starting Nov. 8, 2011 at 8 a.m. you can add your name to the waitlist for the Open Lot permits by going to Parking & Transportation's Online Services. When your name reaches the top of the list, you will be contacted by e-mail.

Key dates for 2012-2013 permit sales

April 2, 2012	Permits for the Spring 2012 semester go on sale.
May 22, 2012	Anyone with an 2011-2012 annual permit can purchase a 2012-2013 annual permit.
July 9, 2012	Permits for the Fall 2012 semester go on sale at 8 a.m.
July 10, 2012	Waitlists for the Fall 2012 semester open at 8 a.m.
Nov. 5, 2012	Permits for the Winter 2013 semester go on sale at 8 a.m.
Nov. 6, 2012	Waitlists for the Winter 2013 semster open at 8 a.m.

Employees and students are eligible to purchase permits online starting at the following rates on November 7, 2011 at 8 am:

* Carpool permits are available at the Parking Office only. All members of the carpool must be present to purchase the permit. Please review the guidelines of the carpool program to ensure you are eligible.

**Evening/Weekend permits are available to employees, students, and the general public (MRU Recreation users, Conservatory patrons, etc.)

The 2011-2012 parking rates are in effect from July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012.
