Additional information on permits

Accessible permits

Purchase of an accessible permit requires valid photo ID and Alberta Registration Certificate for the Disabled Placard.  For a short term accessible permit, please bring valid photo ID and a doctor's note indicating the reason and the length of time for which an accessible permit is required.

Motorcycle permits

Motorcycle parking is available for $25 per month.  Please visit the Parking Office for details.

Purchase of permits

Permits may be purchased from the Parking Office during office hours.  Valid photo ID is required. Persons using the visitor lots may purchase hourly and daily parking from ticket dispensers.

Refunds and exchanges

Contact the Parking Office directly for information about refunds and exchanges.

Display of permits

E-permits and any permit unable to be displayed on rear view mirror must be placed on the left side (drivers’) of the dash.

Hanging permit must be hung from the rear view mirror.

Note: Rear view mirrors are required in all vehicles by law.
