Important Deadlines for Students

As time is required to review medical documentation, meet with an Access Advisor, and provide your Accommodation Letter to your faculty members with sufficient advance notice, please take careful note of the following deadlines:

Winter 2024 Semester Deadlines:

• Last day to submit appropriate documentation to Access and Inclusion Services – March 21
  
• Last day to meet with an Access Advisor or request changes to existing accommodations for current semester – March 28,  Appointments are subject to availability.
  
• Last day to send your Accommodation Letter to your faculty members – April 1

Missing any of these deadlines will result in delaying your access to accommodations until the following semester.

March 21	8:30 - 7:00	Last Day to submit documentation for Winter 2024          semester     (Appointments subject to  availability)
March 28	8:30 - 7:00	Last day to meet with an Access Advisor for Winter 2024  (Appointments subject to availability)    Last day to make changes to Accommodations for Winter  2024.
April 1	8:30 - 7:00	Last day to send Accommodation Letter to Faculty.
January 9	12:00 - 4:00	Office closed due to staff meeting
January 19	1:00-4:00	Office closed due to staff meeting
February 19	8:30-4:30	Office closed for Family Day
February 20	8:30-4:30	Office closed due to staff meeting
March 12	12:00 - 4:00	Office closed due to staff meeting
March 29	8:30-4:30	Office closed for Good Friday

Office Hours

Access and Inclusion Services are closed Saturdays, Sundays and Statutory Holidays.

Winter Semester 2024

January 4- 26 Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. January 22- April 9 Monday to Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Fridays 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Reading Break - February 19-23  8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Accommodated Exam Seating Times

• For Midterm Exams
  • 9: 00 a.m.
  • 10:00 a.m.
  • 11:00 a.m.
  • 12:00 p.m.
  • 1:00 p.m.
  • 2:00 p.m.
  • 3:00 p.m.
  • 4:00 p.m.
  • 5:00 p.m. (no 5:00 p.m. seating on Fridays; during Spring/Summer semester; or during Reading Week)

• For Final Exams
  • 9:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m
