Being available to the community for their needs is a recognized integral part of the Cougar Athletics program. It is an area we feel very proud to be available for and anxious to participate in. Both on and off campus each year, Cougar student-athletes donate their time to various community service programs.

C is for Cougars — Varsity reading program for elementary school students.

Cougars on the Court — Varsity sports program, helping students learn the values and proper technique of sport.

Calvin the Cougar — Mount Royal mascot, Calvin, is a widely recognized symbol of the university. Appearances by Calvin, not only at athletics events but also at other functions related to the university are a source of pride for members of the cougar family and a means of promoting the college.
