Thinking about becoming a Cougar?

Mount Royal provides student-athletes with the necessary skills to succeed in both their academic and athletic endeavors. Our first rate coaching, state-of-the-art facilities and innovative post-secondary environment will allow you to develop your potential as a student-athlete and individual.

We offer ten varsity sports including men’s and women’s basketball, golf, soccer, volleyball and co-ed badminton. All teams compete in the Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference (ACAC) of the Canadian Colleges Athletic Association (CCAA).
