Trip Giveaway this Saturday!

Looking to escape to a summer paradise this winter? Check out Saturday’s volleyball games for a chance to get away!

Cougar Athletics, in partnership with the Roadhouse Calgary and Expedia.ca are teaming up to give one lucky fan the chance to “Getaway on Us”.

Fans who attend Saturday night’s volleyball games between the Mount Royal University Cougars and the SAIT Trojans will be entered for a chance to win a $1500 gift certificate to Expedia.ca.

Nine lucky contestants will be chosen at random throughout the evening, and will compete for the right to walk away with the grand prize. The Trip Giveaway Showdown involves competitive, head-to-head Minute-to-Win-It style games until only one fan is left standing.

We will also be hosting our “Beer & Wine Garden” on the track level, for those adults looking to have a beverage during the game.

Game time for the women is at 6:00 p.m. while the men get underway at 8:00 p.m.

Games are always free for MRU students, so come out, have some fun and give yourself a chance to “Getaway on Us”.
