Money raised for KidSport

The Mount Royal University Cougars and SAIT Trojans teamed up to raise money for KidSport Calgary during the January 28-29th weekend and completed the initiative with a cheque presentation at the February 12th Cougars – Trojans hockey game hosted at SAIT.

In total, the two schools raised a combined $1025.00 in the inaugural fundraising initiative.
Mark Kozak – Regional Manager of KidSport Calgary, in addition to a pair of KidSport recipients were on hand for the cheque presentation.

“We (at KidSport Calgary) believe that no kid should be left on the sidelines and all should be given the opportunity to experience the positive benefits of organized sports,” explains Kosak.
