The Cougars community service programs are created by Cougar student-athletes that aim to achieve the following objectives:

• Connect with local youth groups and communicate the importance of education and living a physically active, healthy lifestyle.
• Expose youth groups to positive role models and influences.
• Help less fortunate groups in the community and improve the lives of others.

Mount Royal University Cougar Athletics is continuing to offer an exciting community service program directed towards elementary school Physical Education students in Calgary.Your school will have the opportunity to book current Cougar athletes to participate and assist in the teaching of a physical education class for your students!
