Important Booking Information

All climbing bookings include the following:

• Professional instruction tailored to suit your group's needs
• ACMG certified instructors
• All required equipment

Climbing participant requirements:

• Wear clean indoor footwear
• Wear athletic clothing
• Signed waiver (if under 17 years of age the waiver must be signed by parent or legal guardian)

How to Book

Who needs to use the online booking form?

• School, Youth, Adult and Corporate Groups
  These groups are required to use the online facility booking form.
• Climbing Birthday Parties
  For booking requests, please complete the online facility booking form.
• Private Climbing Lessons
  Submit your request through the online private lesson request form.

Creative Group Options

Experience Climbing
Our staff will help with harnesses, handling the ropes and will give participants basic instructions and helpful tips for getting to the top of our wall. This option is ideal for younger participants. Online Facility Booking Form

Note: This is not an instructional lesson.

Prerequiste(s): 5+ years

• The ratio of instructors to participants is 1:5.
• $17 per person for 1 hour (max. 15 participants)
• $22 per person for 2 hours (max. 20 participants depending on the age of group)

Top Rope Climbing Lesson
This introductory lesson includes one hour of top rope skills instruction with the remaining portion of the lesson as supervised climbing time. Online Facility Booking Form

Prerequisite(s): 10+ years

• The ratio of instructors to participants is 1:8.
• $14.50 per person for a 1.5 hour lesson (min. 8 participants)
• $17.00 per person for a 2 hour lesson (ideal for groups 8 – 30 participants)

Future Challenges
If your group is interested in repeat visits or would like to focus on some specialized areas of climbing, the following areas of interest are available at the same affordable price as a top rope climbing lesson. Want to book? Use the online facility booking form.

Climbing Movement Development
Our instructors will provide instruction feedback on climbing specific movement and technique.

Rappelling
Rappelling is a fun activity that will let the participants lower themselves slowly down a rope from the top of our 30+ foot rappel tower.

Basic Climbing Skills Series
An excellent combination of climbing skills including top rope climbing, movement, rappelling and lead climbing.
Recommended course flow: four consecutive two hour bookings

Climbing Centre Fees & Equipment Rentals (GST included)
Campus Card or photo ID must be provided as collateral for all equipment rentals.
Rentals must be paid for at the Customer Service Centre (U130).
All required equipment is included in the course fees.
