Private Indoor Lessons

All climbing courses can be taken as private lessons or we can customize a private session to meet your specific needs. To schedule a private lesson please fill out our  private lesson request form.

Climbing 101 – The Basics
A 1.5 hour private lesson covering the technical skills needed to
successfully complete the top rope belay test and use the Recreation
Climbing Centre unsupervised during open business hours.

Prerequisite(s): 17+ years unless accompanied by a parent or legal
guardian.

Movement – The Foundation of Climbing
A 1.5 hour individually tailored private lesson that will focus on balance
and technique as a means to improve overall climbing confidence and
ability.

Prerequisite(s): 17+ years unless accompanied by a parent or legal
guardian.

Private Lesson Request Form

 Learn to Lead Climb
An advanced three hour private lesson for experienced top rope
climbers who are looking to develop the technical skills required to
safely lead climb indoors.

Prerequisite(s): 17+ years unless accompanied by a parent or legal
guardian. Successful completion of a Recreation top rope belay test.
Minimum of two participants required.
