Private Outdoor Climbing Lessons

Introduction to Multi-Pitch Climbing 

A full day course that will take you to new heights, literally! Learn the basics of multi-pitch sport climbing under the guidance of a certified climbing guide. The first half of the day will be spent on the ground exploring multi-pitch climbing systems with the second half spent completing one the of many introductory multi-pitch routes. Minimum of two participants required.

Prerequisite(s): 17+ years unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Previous outdoor and lead climbing experience.

Introduction to Placing Gear

This full day intro course covers the basics of placing and removing clean gear. Learn from a certified guide the art of placing and assessing cams, wires, tri cams, hexes, tcus and more, as well as the tricks to quickly and easily remove this equipment. Minimum of two participants required.

Prerequisite(s): 17+ years unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Previous outdoor and lead climbing experience.

Our highly experienced and certified staff can develop a custom private outdoor lesson to suit any climbing related request. Minimum of two participants required.

Outdoor Group Lessons

Outdoor group lessons are a great way to add a little excitement to the summer routine. Whether it’s a corporate team building day, a youth group adventure day or just a bunch of friends looking to get out for a day in the mountains. Our ACMG certified instructors will provide coaching and encouragement in addition to looking after all safety aspects of the day, so your group can enjoy the scenery, the fresh air and climb, climb, climb! Group bookings typically run from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, return transportation to the outdoor climbing site can be provided at an additional charge. Minimum of eight participants required.
