Recreation reserves the right to cancel classes due to low registration. Registration in one class is non-transferable to another class (e.g. makeup classes are not allowed).

This 30 minute abs class is your belly-busting solution. Use a variety of equipment and conditioning techniques and engage your core muscles to define that six-pack! Registered participant spots are only guaranteed until class start time.

Transform your mind and body with this high-repetition muscle conditioning class. Using a variety of conditioning methods and equipment, we will lead you through a motivating and challenging workout that will help you get ”chiseled”! Then wind down with stretching exercises at the end to leave you feeling stretched and strengthened. Registered participant spots are only guaranteed until class start time.

Tums ‘n’ Bums
Who wants to get their tums ‘n’ bums into shape? Well, who doesn’t! You will be led through exercises specifically designed to tone and strengthen the muscles of your abdominal and thigh region. Step benches, hand-held weights, stability balls and tubing will be used so you can workout at your own intensity level. Registered participant spots are only guaranteed until class start time.
