Gentle Yoga 
Learn the fundamentals of Hatha yoga with an emphasis on relaxation and stress release. The use of props allows longer holds than in traditional Hatha yoga and promotes a deeper, gentle stretch that releases connective tissues. This easy-paced relaxing class is ideal for anyone new to yoga or continuing on with yoga. Please wear loose clothing. Yoga mats are provided. | These classes challenge anyone looking for a workout for the mind as well as the body. | This challenging class builds full body strength and flexibility while focusing on breath and proper body alignment. The traditional power yoga class is ramped up with traditional fitness class moves (lunges, squats, planks, push ups, etc.) which flow seamlessly into the yoga sequences.
