Join any time; the fee will be pro-rated. We recommend two or more sessions each week for your weaker discipline(s) (swim, bike or run) and at least one training session for your stronger discipline(s). You may only participate in classes that you are registered in. You may not make up missed classes by attending classes that you’re not registered in. Drop-in registration is not available. Sorry, wind trainers are only allowed in the Brick Training sessions (see above). | |
| MRTC – Sprint Training Program For first-time and novice triathletes who would like to work towards participating in sprint distance triathlons (swim 300–500 m, bike 15–20 km, run 3–5 km) and for those looking for introductory swim-bike-run cross training workouts. These sessions are completely geared towards beginner triathletes. Prerequisite(s): 17+ years; Swim: able to swim 100 m (four pool lengths) of continuous, correct front crawl (freestyle). These are NOT “learn to swim” programs; Bike: able to spin continuously for 20 minutes; Run: able to run at least 1 km without stopping. | |
