
Your Campus Card issuance information is ready 24 hours after you have updated your records with the Registrar's office or Human Resources. (All your pre-requisite information must already be completed.)
You will need to have one piece of government-issued photo identification (e.g. driver's license, provincial identification or passport) or two pieces of non-photo identification (e.g. birth certificate, social insurance number, credit card, health care card etc.)

We recognize that privacy is a significant concern for Campus Card users. It is important to us to respect and maintain the privacy of our cardholders' personal information.

Lost or stolen Campus Cards should be reported immediately to the Campus Card Office and can be replaced for a fee of $10. The replacement fee will be waived if you provide a photocopy of a Calgary Police Service report. Mount Royal is not responsible for any loss or expense resulting from the loss, theft or misuse of the Campus Card.
If you have door access, please notify Security immediately so they may cancel your privileges using that particular Campus Card.
For Library access, you may choose to notify the Library to cancel your privileges using that particular Campus Card.
If you are experiencing difficulties with a transaction on your printing account (e.g. your print job doesn't print or prints with low toner) or you lose money in one of the Pcounter deposit stations, please contact the Campus Card office immediately. The Campus Card office must be notified within 14 days of the transaction in question. Upon verification of the error, your Pcounter account will be adjusted to restore the correct amount.
