Smart Cabinet problems

If you are experiencing a problem with the PC, projector, DVD player, document camera or any other Smart Cabinet component in EA, EB or EC please contact 7060 to speak to an analyst directly.  For the main building please contact the IT Service Desk at 6000 and an analyst will be contacted if needed.   Note: If you are in EA, EB or EC and cannot reach an analyst directly then please call the IT Service Desk.  If you have an upcoming class and have questions on the technology available please contact the IT Service Desk at a minimum of 24 hours prior to the class so an analyst can be scheduled to assist you.

Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 
Friday: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m

IT Service Desk hours

Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
