The Office of the Ombudsperson at Mount Royal is a safe place to obtain advice and assistance with resolving a problem, concern or conflict for all students, faculty and employees of the campus community.

The Ombudsperson seeks prompt and fair resolution to problems and conflicts. All matters are handled in strict confidence.
