Year-round guest suites

Guest suites are available year round in our one-bedroom studio units. These fully furnished West apartments have a double bed, desk, cable TV, mini fridge and microwave, private bathroom. linens, towels and basic kitchen utensils. Mount Royal is a smoke free campus, except in designated outdoor locations.

Nightly rates include parking, cable television, high-speed Internet and local telephone service. Long-distance calls require a calling card. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available. Weekly cleaning is provided for stays of seven days or more.

During the academic year, other units may be available, dependent on student demand. These four-bedroom townhouses have two bathrooms and private bedrooms with a super-single bed, personal phone, high-speed Internet and desk. Common areas are furnished with a couch, kitchen table and chairs. Kitchens have all appliances.

This facility is just steps away from Mount Royal's state-of-the-art Recreation Centre and is home to the Residence Services Administration office.

Summer accommodation

From mid-May to mid-August, we offer accommodation for groups and individuals in fully furnished one-, two- or four-bedroom apartment or townhouse-style units. Linens, towels, and basic weekly cleaning is provided. Nightly rates include parking, cable television, high-speed Internet connection and local telephone service. Long-distance calls require a calling card. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available. Mount Royal is a smoke free campus, except in designated outdoor locations.

One-bedroom studio rooms have a double bed, desk, cable TV, mini fridge and microwave and private bathroom.

One-bedroom apartments have a double bed in a private room with full kitchen and living room.

Two- and four-bedroom units have private bedrooms, each individually keyed, with a super-single bed, local phone, high-speed Internet and desk.

Common areas are furnished with a couch, kitchen table and chairs. Kitchens have a refrigerator, stove and microwave. Each four-bedroom unit has two bathrooms.

A non service , long-term student -style accommodation for non-students is available in East Residence from May 15 - August 15. Linens, towels, kitchen items and housekeeping services are not provided.

* All units are fully furnished including a single bed (1 bedrooms have double beds) with linens and towels, each in a private room, full kitchen with microwave and basic dishes, and a living room with cable television (except where noted). Each private bedroom is equipped with local phone with voice mail, and high speed internet hook-up. Four Bedroom units include two full washrooms.
