Our on-call staff can check you in outside of these hours. Please contact our office to make alternate arrangements for our on-call staff.
Check-out time is 11 a.m. unless prior arrangements have been made.
We accept cash, debit card, Visa, MasterCard and Canadian travellers’ cheques. All rates are in Canadian funds and payment is only accepted in Canadian funds. We do not accept personal cheques.
Yes. The wireless network provided is Wireless-N technology. To connect to the Residence Wireless Network you will be provided a guest username and password upon check-in.
Cancellation is required in writing by fax or email 24 hours prior to check-in. Otherwise, the credit card on file will be charged for at least one night of the reservation. No refunds are available for cancellations within 24 hours of check-in.
Smoking is prohibited in all residence facilities and within three meters of all entrances and exits to the residence buildings. Should any smoking occur in a room/unit for which you are responsible, a $250 fee will be applied to your account. Furthermore, Mount Royal has a campus-wide smoking policy. Smoking is only in designated areas of campus.
Guests who are 18 years or older may consume alcohol only in the privacy of their suites. Alcohol is not permitted in hallways, common areas, porches, walkways or other Mount Royal property.
Each apartment or townhouse is fully furnished including a full kitchen. Mount Royal also operates dining and catering services.
We are primarily a student residence between September and May. Please note that this may not be a suitable environment for young children.
Only certified service animals are permitted in Residence. If you are planning to bring your service animal, please email us as soon as possible and include a copy of the animal's certification.
