Application Process
Step 1 – Applications
Applications will be available starting on Monday January 9th, 2012 at 8:30am and must be completed by 4:30pm on Friday January 20th, 2012.
Your cover letter and unofficial transcripts must be received by 4:30pm on Friday January 20th, 2012 to Alyssa Graham at agraham@mtroyal.ca . Please submit these documents in either word or PDF format.
Step 2 – Individual Interviews
Returning candidates will be able to sign up for their Individual Interview starting at 9:00am on Wednesday January 18th, 2012 until 4:30pm on Thursday January 19th, 2012 at the Residence Services Front Desk located in West Residence Building B.
You will be required to do a 10 minute presentation during your interview. Please note that the presentation can be no longer than the allotted time. The presentation topic will be given out during the team meeting on January 16th, 2012.
Individual interviews for returning applicants will take place from Monday January 23rd, 2012 until Friday January 27th, 2012.
Step 5 – Decisions
This is the toughest part of the whole process, building a strong team. Residence Services strives to create a team that has a diverse group of people with different talents that allows the team to grow and learn from each other.
Taking everything that we have learned though your application, individual interview, and your presentation, the Residence Life Coordinators will build and create the Residence Life Team for the upcoming year.
On Friday February 17th, 2012 starting at 9:00am you will be able to pick up your decision letter from the Residence Services Front desk that is located in West Residence, Building B.
