Fitness for Living – Older Adult Program
Formerly "Living it Healthy"
As we age, it is important to keep active and live life to its fullest. Join a supportive, fun environment to be with other like-minded individuals to reach your healthier lifestyle goals. This class is for men and women to gain a stronger and healthier body with an emphasis on strength, aerobic and stability exercises. Individuals with a chronic condition (diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis, etc.) are welcome to join the group.The aim of the Fitness for Living program is to help you learn a healthy way to live at your current fitness level or with a chronic illness.
If you are new to the program, you will need to complete an hour long, one-on-one introductory session with the program leader Jenn. This session costs $40.
