    • Exhibitor List – company name included on promotional materials
      displayed throughout the campus
    • Online company profile and web link – showcased free of charge on
      the Career Services website from March 2012 to March 2013!

Confirmation

  • Sending in a registration form DOES NOT guarantee a spot at the event. We reserve the right to screen registrations to ensure participants match the quotas set for the event, as well as present a direct link to the event, Mount Royal programs, and student learning/employment priorities.
  • Career Services will contact you by telephone to confirm your registration. If you do not receive a confirmation call within 2 weeks after submitting your registration, please contact our office to confirm the status of your registration.
  • You will receive a confirmation package with further event details two weeks prior to the event.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Invoice: Mount Royal University will invoice all exhibitors.
Please indicate who to send invoice to if not event contact (Name/address/e-mail if different from above)
Payment Deadline: All invoices must be paid within 30 days after your registration has been confirmed. Payment delays will result in the cancellation of your event registration.
Late Registrations: Any registrations after Feb. 6 must be paid via CREDIT CARD (Mastercard/VISA) only
Cancellation Policy: For a full refund, written notice of cancellation must be received by Monday Feb. 6. No refunds will be issued after this date.
