Important information to know....

Using our system

  • Our easy on-line form allows you to post full-time, part-time, summer or contract positions quickly. Choose whether to post your job to all Mount Royal students or target specific program areas.
  • We post employment opportunities that are directly related to the over 60 programs available here at Mount Royal. We also post non-program related opportunities that would be highly valuable for students (i.e.) summer jobs or temporary positions.
  • There is no fee for posting employment opportunities for students through Career Services.
  • Job postings remain live on the web site for 3 weeks unless you specify a deadline date. Please contact our office once you have completed the recruitment process and the posting can be removed immediately.
  • Our office can extend, remove, or make changes to your posting at any time for your convenience.

How students apply to your posting

  • Student resumes will come directly to you in the format you request, by fax, e-mail, mail or in person
  • You select candidates and contact them directly to arrange for interviews
