The work search cycle through the eyes of the employer

Most students have already had some success gaining employment. They've 'done' a resume, applied to jobs, been called for an interview and waited to find out if they got the job. But if asked, most don't really know how the employer views the recruiting-work search process. Understanding the ways employers identify candidates can significantly improve a student's or graduate's chances of finding that perfect job and getting it. In this presentation, student will learn how to position themselves effectively to capture employer attention.
