What should I expect if I attend?

At both Career and Recruitment Fair and Recruitment and Volunteer Fair, you can expect 70 to 80 companies ready to recruit you.

Mount Royal's Main Street is filled from the east to west end with employers and students ready to connect during a full day of campus recruitment.

At Recruitment and Volunteer Fair employers and organizations are looking to recruit students for both paid and unpaid positions. These positions can help students acquire the skills they need to succeed in their future career goals.

At Career and Recruitment Fair employers are looking for students to fill their key employment positions. These positions vary from part-time and summer opportunities all the way to full-time graduate level professional jobs.

Both events provide:

  • Face to face networking opportunities with organizations in your field of interest
  • Leads to potential career-related opportunities
  • A competitive advantage for those who attend

Employers who attend are looking for students from almost every program here on campus. They want students to ask questions — request information.

Don't assume that "what the company has to offer" is strictly based on their name or the main service they provide. Your future job could be anywhere.
