| Description: | Mount Royal University’s Languages Institute is seeking an individual with an established record of excellence in coordination and instruction in English as a Second Language programs. This fulltime contract position reports to the Manager of the Languages Institute and is funded by a Citizenship and Immigration Canada grant. |
| Duties: |
• Promote the Communication Skills for Health Professionals program to relevant stakeholders
• Recruit, advise and maintain ongoing contact with internationally educated health professionals (nurses, midwives and physicians) for the Communication Skills for Health Professionals program • Ensure curriculum changes are communicated to government and institutional contacts inside and outside Alberta • Recruit support personnel for the program • Advise and support instructional staff in the program • Ensure government dictated procedures (reporting, invoicing) are followed in a timely and accurate manner • Provide other support to the Office of International Education, as needed |
| Qualifications: |
• Masters degree in TESL or related field
