Description: Mount Royal Library requires casual staff to provide outstanding Circulation and Media service to students, faculty, staff, and the general public.
 
Duties: Casual staff are responsible for staffing the circulation/reserves and media desks in the Library. Duties include signing out materials and/or media equipment to users and assisting staff and students with library resources.
 
Qualifications: Applications for this position should demonstrate:

• Outstanding customer service skills and commitment to student success
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to problem solve and work under pressure
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Familiarity with computers/technology
• Previous library experience is an asset but not required
