Career OutlookAs a Mount Royal graduate, you will be in high demand because of the rigour of your training. As a massage therapist, you can work in a spa or multi-disciplinary clinic, have a home-based practice or a mobile business.

For information about the employment outlook, duties, working conditions, personal characteristics and salary expectations of a massage therapist, read the ALIS Occupational Profile.Massage Therapy Career FairMarch 2018 TBA
The annual massage therapy career fair is an opportunity for students and employers to connect. With over 30 employers in attendance, it is a great time for students to learn first hand what types of careers are available to them after graduation. Employers are encouraged to promote their business as well as to recruit students and hire. The career fair highlights the labour market demand for our massage therapy graduates. This opportunity has also led to development of scholarships from employers for our massage therapy students. The career fair takes place in march each year.

Employers interested in attending the career fair, please email massage@mtroyal.ca for more details.
