Christopher Cameron currently works with Alberta Health Services, the University of Calgary and Objective Research and Evaluation Incorporated. He is a psychologist, evaluation manager and evaluation consultant. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from Oxford University, a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, the Children's Mental Health Certificate from Mount Royal University and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology from the University of Calgary. Christopher's interests are in childhood development; child, adolescent and family therapy; and health service and system evaluation. His personal motto is "Critical appraisal of all forms of knowledge is the only way to achieve true intellectual growth and maturity."

Jean Dunbar Instructor - CMHCJean Dunbar M.Ed., RSW
Jean is the Associate Director of Intervention Services at the YWCA of Calgary and oversees upwards of 15 domestic violence intervention programs with 200 clinical staff, including a women’s emergency shelter, visitation programming and treatment programs for men, women and children. She has worked in the domestic violence field for over 17 years in both group settings and individual play therapy with children and families exposed to domestic violence. She has co-authored several domestic violence manuals including Teaching Children about Healthy Relationships: A School Based Curriculum, Paths of Change, a Program for Children and Parents Exposed to Family Violence and Safe Visitation: Guidelines for Effective Supervised Access. Jean has presented on various issues related to domestic violence both nationally and internationally, most recently in Shanghai, China. Jean is a Certified Child Psychotherapist and Play Therapist with the Canadian Association for Child and Play Therapy and is recognized as an expert witness for children exposed to domestic violence in the Court of Queens Bench in Alberta, Canada. She also is a sessional instructor at Mount Royal University for the Faculty of Continuing Education and Extension and has a private counselling practice.

Scott McLean
Scott McLean is an educator and social/justice service consultant. As a registered and forensic social worker, Scott completes assessments for family and youth court clients. He teaches part-time at Mount Royal University and is an Adjunct Professor at City University of Seattle. Mr. McLean and his family (wife and four children) lived in Kenya for three years (2005-2008) where he and Brenda worked as teachers at a local school. He holds a master's degree in Child and Youth Studies and is completing his Ph.D. (psychology) from Arizona.

Michael Watts MSW, RSW
Michael has been teaching at Mount Royal University for the past eight years. Michael holds a master's degree in Clinical Social Work and is trained as a therapist. Michael's areas of expertise include work with at-risk youth, family work, group work, mental health and psychosocial issues related to adolescents living with Type 1 diabetes. Michael is a proud graduate of the Child and Youth Care Counsellor Diploma program at MRU.
