Earning Your Extension Certificate
Complete the nine required courses (216 hours) with a minimum grade in each course of C (60%). Evaluation is based on quizzes, exams, presentations and assignments.

Explore freehold leases including acquisitions, land surveys, government regulatory requirements and land title documents.

Mineral Acquisitions and Divestitures
Learn to properly time, evaluate, create and disseminate paperwork, from beginning to end of a mineral acquisition, divestment or swap.
