Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification - Exam Prep and Training Course
This course uses an accelerated learning approach to assist experienced project managers to prepare for the PMP® Certification Exam, through comprehensive reviews of the process groups and knowledge areas as they relate to PMP® examination, exam content, preparation, layout and study tips. The course is highly interactive and covers appropriate material to satisfy the learning requirements for sitting the PMP® examination.

Required textbook: PMP® Exam Prep, 7th Edition, approx. $100+GST; Project Management Institute, A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) - Fourth Edition, Project Management Institute, Inc., 2008, approx. $70+GST.
Course materials: approx. $35+GST. Available at the BookStore. 

Note: This course qualifies for 21 hours towards the educational requirement needed to apply for the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® or Project Management Professional (PMP)® exam.

Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification Exam Preparation Workshop
If you have recently acquired a thorough foundation in the PMBOK® Guide - Fourth Edition meet PMI's educational and experience requirements, have extensive field experience and are planning to write the PMP® certification exam soon, take this guided self-study workshop presented by professional project managers. Expect to devote approximately three to six hours a week outside of class to read materials and prepare assignments.
Required textbooks: PMBOK® Guide - Fourth Edition, approx. $70+GST and PMP® Exam Practice Questions & Solutions - Fourth Edition, approx. $60+GST at the BookStore.

Note: Students are required to read Chapters 1-3 of the PMBOK® Guide - Fourth Edition, before the start of the first class.
