Ms Dupuis has been conducting research mainly in social and clinical psychology. In the field of social psychology, and starting at the Master’s level, Ms Dupuis has investigated the efficacy of an intervention she developed, called Attributional Training, which aims at helping coworkers re-establish a relationship of trust following a transgression.
In the field of clinical psychology, Réjeanne Dupuis has been studying nursing leadership in palliative care, trying to understand what constitutes that leadership, in addition to identifying what hinders and facilitates the expression of that leadership.
Finally, Ms Dupuis is motivated in investigating the effects of a life-threatening disease, such as cancer, on couple’s relationships, wellbeing, distress, and marital and life satisfaction.
Ms Dupuis has expertise in applying both quantitative and qualitative research designs. Furthermore, she has been teaching Abnormal Psychology at MRU since September 2008.
