Maureen McGregor has taught economics at Mount Royal University since 1980. She received both her B.A. (Honours) and M.A. degrees in economics from the University of Calgary. Maureen teaches the introductory economic courses (micro and macro), intermediate microeconomics, managerial economics and gender economics, as well as the economics module in GNED 1301 (Globalization). Her research interests include feminist economics and the application of new teaching pedagogies. While Maureen primarily teaches lecture based courses, she also offers an online course in first year macroeconomics and in intermediate microeconomics.
