Sharon McIntyre is a marketing strategist, educator and writer with a primary interest in brand strategy, creativity/innovation processes and global entrepreneurship. She has shared her passion for marketing with global corporations, start-up enterprises, public sector organizations, nonprofits, and students for over twenty years. At Mount Royal, Sharon has taught senior and introductory marketing courses. She has also developed and taught courses at other post-secondary institutions. Sharon has a number of non-refereed publications and is currently involved in a research project on the peripheral geographic location role has on the creative, innovation, and marketing process of entrepreneurs. Sharon manages her own marketing consultancy firm, specializing in marketing and communications strategies for high-tech firms. Sharon is bilingual (English/French), consults internationally, and holds dual Canadian and Irish (EU) citizenship.
