Toni Guffei owns Ratio Marketing, a consulting agency that serves a broad range of industries. Their motto is Everything for a Reason, which refers to the fact that careful marketing research is undertaken to ensure that all initiatives for building a growing company are considered prior to investing in advertising, promotions or public relations.

As an instructor at Mt. Royal, Toni is able to communicate her personal work experiences with the students. This adds a dimension of the “real world” to the course content. She has also taught online courses in Marketing and Marketing Management and makes every effort to incorporate current technology as a tool for engaging students.
