Sandra Rever joined the Bissett School of Business as an Assistant Professor in 2009. Sandra earned a BA in Psychology and Anthropology, an MSc, and a PhD both in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, all from the University of Calgary. Sandra has presented her academic research and consulting work at several national and international Psychology and Management Conferences. Before joining Mount Royal University, Sandra spent three years working as a Human Resources Management Consultant and ten years working    in-house in various senior-level HR and marketing roles. Her industry experience is diverse and includes non-profit, the arts, oil & gas, government, banking, manufacturing, insurance, and agriculture. She is an active member of the Human Resources Institute of Alberta, the Human Resources Association of Calgary and the Business and Professional Women’s Foundation. Sandra is passionate about the strategic role that HR plays in organizations and looks forward to bringing her industry experience to the classroom.
