Dr. Cygman has an impressive depth of experience in teaching post-secondary business courses. His experience includes business statistics, the primary area in which we currently need additional expertise, but also in information systems, and electronic business, a welcome addition to the school. His PhD was in Information Systems, and MBA major was Electronic Commerce.  Dr. Cygman also has over twenty years of consulting experience which has allowed him to draw from a range of experiences to supplement material covered in his courses. His is the co-author an MS Access book and has written supplementary teaching materials for a statistics textbook.. His research in the field of e-learning is a welcome addition to Bissett School. Leon also has a private pilot’s license and is an avid backgammon player.
