The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) — Human Resources can help you launch a career in this rewarding field. You will build a foundation in business theory and human resource principles which will assist you in pursuing accreditation as a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) – a valuable professional credential.

The program’s practical focus prepares you to manage recruitment and training programs, develop and oversee occupational health and safety initiatives, create and implement compensation and benefits packages, take the lead in effective employee relations programs, interpret and apply changing human resources law and participate in organizational planning.
