video_entr2201apprentice"The Apprentice"
The "Apprentice" is an intensive three week project in ENTR 2201, the introductory entrepreneurship course at the Bissett School of Business. Modelled after Donald Trump's "Apprentice," students are asked to do a new task each week for three weeks. They don't know what the task or who the client is until the day it is assigned. Tasks require students to analyse the feasibility of new products and services for real Calgary companies and then test their solutions with customers. Students research market, technical, financial and human resource feasibility issues.
