International study
In addition to opportunities with Calgary-based agencies, you may apply for an international practicum. To find out more about these international education opportunities please contact the Department of Child and Youth Studies.
Criminal check
At the time of practicum, you will be required, at your own expense, to obtain a Criminal Record Check. A practicum employer may accept or reject a student for placement or observation experience based on the results of a criminal record or other background check.
