Partnerships

The Institute for Nonprofit Studies (INS) at Mount Royal works collaboratively with the nonprofit community to ensure that its services meet immediate and emerging needs.

The INS has established several partnerships with nonprofit agencies in Calgary and across the country. These partnerships help to ensure the consistency and integration of educational offerings as well as provide opportunities for professional development, policy analysis and community-based research and problem-solving.

Formalized strategic partnerships include:

  • CentrePoint Non-Profit Management: a partnership to share resources and expertise as well as to develop workshops and symposia for professionals in the nonprofit sector
  • Volunteer Calgary: a partnership to share resources, information and expertise in the area of volunteerism. Plans include co-sponsoring workshops, in-depth learning opportunities and symposia.
