  • $250 (plus GST)

Note: Cost includes the four-hour testing session and the compilation of a comprehensive report.

  • You may complete the Self Assessment. 
  • Your employer/supervisor may complete the optional Employer Assessment.  
  • The above assessments are submitted directly by e-mail for use in your comprehensive report.
  • The assessments can also be printed and submitted via fax to the Program Coordinator at 403.440.5155.
