Deadline

Completed applications with full payment for program and optional trips must be received by June 1 (for July course) and July 1 (for August course).

Refunds

You will receive a full refund if classes or trips are cancelled. Requests for refunds must be received in writing (letter, fax, e-mail) before June 15 for the July program and before July 15 for the August program. A non-refundable $150 CDN application fee will be applicable. There are no refunds after the refund deadline.

Other features

Price includes tuition, health insurance, bus pass, entry fees for in-class field trips, books and materials, and a Certificate of Completion. For an additional fee, you can also sign up for the optional trips. Class size is between 10 - 17 students per class. Language levels range from high beginner to low advanced.

You will have access to free computer labs and an extensive library. For a small fee you can have access to world-class recreation facilities including fitness centre, climbing wall, salt water pool, tennis and squash courts and more.

Letter of Acceptance to the Summer Immersion English Program will be issued upon receiving full payment.
