Student Technicians and Resource Tutors (START Techs)

  • provide technology support for fellow students and also for service units throughout the University (i.e. ITS Helpdesk, ADC Sandbox, etc.).
  • work with their fellow students to model how to troubleshoot and solve problems in technology environments, helping each other to develop confidence in technical self-help, an important competency for both learning and work success.
